  • How Can I Pay?
    We currently accept all major credit cards & PayPal as forms of payment.
  • When & How Will My Order Ship?
    The shipping method is selected by you at checkout. Orders are shipped through your chosen carrier within 3-5 business days from completed payment. **LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS will be available 24-48 business hours after placing the order. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready. Local pickup orders not picked up after 48 hours will be canceled and a restock fee may apply.
  • Can I Cancel An Order?
    You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not shipped. Please email info@kiltedsuds.com to request a cancelation.
  • Do You Accept Returns?
    Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us at info@kiltedsuds.com to arrange for a return/exchange
  • I Run A Blog/Instagram/YouTube/Etc. Will You Send Me Stuff?
    We do not offer free product for promoters. Should you be interested in working with us as a promoter, please feel free to forward your media kit to info@kiltedsuds.com If we choose to work with you, we will contact you with a discount for you to place an order.

  • Who Makes Your Products?
    All of Kilted Suds products are hand crafted by our family in Dingman's Ferry, Pennsylvania. We put love into everything we make, and try out everything before it hits our shelves!
  • Do You Make Custom Items?
    We sure can!! Our soaps require an 8 week cure time, so be sure to plan ahead. For pricing and order information, please email info@kiltedsuds.com.
